Annie Dodson is an electroacoustic composer, sound artist, and cellist from and living in Portland, Maine.

They make music about ecology and the environment, sensitivity and reception, and queerness and intimacy.

Their work is often long with an emphasis on slow processes and gradual progression. They like repetition and repetition and repetition and repetition

They have a BA in Music Composition and Human Rights from Bard College, and studied with composers Sarah Hennies, Matt Sargent, Angelica Sanchez, and Kyle Gann, as well as artist Julianne Swartz.

In addition to their solo work, they play cello in art-rock 4 piece Windier and bass in eclectic indie rock band Oodelally.

They love swimming in the ocean, playing in dirt, and exploring caves.
